1. Overview
This page describes the real Oakscroft Partner Network workflow implemented in the portal. It does not promise guaranteed earnings, automatic approvals, or automatic payouts.
2. Complete Journey
Register
Create a free partner account with accurate details and accept the programme agreements.
Application Review
Administrators review your application. Approval is manual and not automatic.
Account Approval
When approved, core tools such as links, campaigns, marketing kit, analytics, and wallet become available.
Generate Referral Link
Create your main referral link and, when relevant, campaign-specific links from the portal.
Share Referral Link
Promote honestly on legitimate platforms using official Marketing Kit materials where possible.
Customer Visits
Visitors who click your link are tracked and attributed to your affiliate account when tracking succeeds.
Eligible Purchase
A commission is only considered after a successful eligible purchase under campaign and programme rules.
Pending Commission
New commissions typically appear as Pending until an administrator reviews them.
Admin Review
Staff check eligibility, fraud risk, and order validity. Review time depends on operations.
Approved Commission
Approved amounts follow the wallet workflow and may become available balance.
Wallet Balance
Available balance is what counts toward withdrawal—not pending amounts.
Withdrawal Request
When available balance meets the configured minimum (currently ₹500.00), request payout from Wallet with valid bank/UPI details.
Payment
Administrators process approved withdrawals. Payouts are not instant or automatic.
3. Step-by-Step Detail
Register & review
You create an account (email/password or other methods offered at registration). Status may remain pending until an administrator approves or rejects the application.
Promote with links
After approval, generate referral and campaign links. Prefer campaign links when promoting products included in an active campaign. Share on legitimate channels only.
Tracking & purchase
Clicks are tracked when visitors use your link. Commission is created only after an eligible successful purchase is attributed to your account.
Commission & wallet
Pending commissions await admin review. Approved commissions feed the wallet workflow. Rejected or reversed commissions are not withdrawable (and may adjust balances).
Withdrawal
When available balance meets the minimum (configured in the system; currently ₹500.00), submit a withdrawal request. Payment is processed after admin approval to the bank or UPI details saved in Profile.
