1. Introduction

This Withdrawal Policy describes how approved affiliates request payout of available wallet balance on the Oakscroft Partner Network portal.

Withdrawals are requested from the Wallet page and are reviewed by administrators. They are not automatic and not instant.

2. Minimum Withdrawal

The current minimum withdrawal amount configured for the programme is ₹500.00 (available balance). Oakscroft may update this configuration; the Portal wallet rules apply if they differ.

Pending commission does not count toward the minimum until it is approved and reflected as available balance.

3. Eligibility

You may submit a withdrawal request when:

  • Your affiliate account is approved and not suspended;
  • Your available wallet balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount;
  • You have saved valid Bank Account and/or UPI details in Profile;
  • You are not under an active fraud or compliance hold that blocks payouts.

4. Verification

Administrators may verify identity, order history, commission history, and payout details before approving a request. Additional information may be requested via Support Chat or other official channels.

5. Processing

A typical withdrawal follows this path:

  1. You submit a request from Wallet for an amount within available balance rules;
  2. Request status shows as pending (or similar) until reviewed;
  3. Administrator approves, rejects, or processes payment;
  4. When marked paid, funds have been sent using the payout details on file.

Statuses such as pending, approved, rejected, processing, paid, or failed may appear as implemented in the Portal.

6. Bank Account

If you choose bank transfer, ensure Profile fields such as account holder name, account number, IFSC, and bank name match the receiving account. Mismatches can cause delays or failed transfers.

7. UPI

If UPI is used, your UPI ID in Profile must be active and correctly spelled. Oakscroft is not responsible for transfers sent to a UPI ID you provided incorrectly.

8. Incorrect Payment Details

Always double-check Profile payout details before requesting a withdrawal. Recovery of funds sent to wrong accounts is often impossible.

Update details in Profile before the next request. Changing details after a request is already processing may not redirect that payment.

9. Rejected Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be rejected when, for example:

  • Available balance is insufficient at review time;
  • Account is suspended or under investigation;
  • Payout details are incomplete or invalid;
  • Related commissions are disputed or reversed;
  • Policy or fraud concerns apply.

10. Failed Payments

Bank or UPI failures (closed accounts, incorrect IFSC, provider outages) can mark a payout as failed. Oakscroft may re-attempt after you correct details, or reject the request for resubmission, depending on the case.

11. Administrative Review

All withdrawal decisions rest with authorised administrators. Chat messages cannot force approval. Super Admins and finance roles use the admin tools to approve, reject, or mark paid.

12. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for taxes, if applicable, on income earned through the programme. Oakscroft may request tax identifiers (such as PAN where collected in Profile) for compliance. This policy is not tax advice.

13. Fraud Prevention

Suspicious payout patterns, rapid self-referrals, or mismatched identities can trigger holds. Proven fraud can lead to rejection of withdrawals, commission reversal, suspension, or termination.

14. Processing Timeline

There is no guaranteed same-day or automatic payout SLA in the Portal. Processing time depends on administrator workload, banking cycles, holidays, and verification needs.

Check Wallet request status and notifications for updates.

15. Security

  • Never share your login credentials;
  • Use Support Chat inside the Portal for payout questions;
  • Oakscroft staff will not ask for your password;
  • Sign out on shared devices.

16. Best Practices

  • Keep Profile bank/UPI details accurate before requesting payout;
  • Withdraw only available balance that meets the minimum;
  • Promote honestly so commissions clear review more smoothly;
  • Save screenshots of request confirmations if you need to reference them later.

17. FAQ

Why can’t I withdraw pending commission?

Pending amounts await approval. Only available balance is withdrawable.

Is the minimum always ₹500.00?

That is the configured minimum currently used by the programme settings. Oakscroft may change it; the live Wallet behaviour is authoritative.

How long until I receive money after approval?

After admin processing and bank/UPI settlement, timing varies by provider. The Portal does not guarantee an arrival time.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Once submitted, cancellation depends on whether administrators have already processed it. Contact Support Chat promptly if you need assistance.

Are payouts automatic?

No. You must request a withdrawal, and an administrator must process it.
