Rules for using the Oakscroft Partner Network affiliate portal.
Table of Contents
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oakscroft Partner Network affiliate portal available at affiliate.oakscroft.org (the “Portal”).
The Portal is operated by Oakscroft as part of its partner programme. By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the Portal, you agree to these Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other legal pages published in this Legal Center.
2. Eligibility
To join the Oakscroft Partner Network you must:
- Be an individual capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law;
- Provide accurate registration and profile information;
- Maintain only one affiliate account (multiple accounts are not permitted);
- Comply with Indian law and the laws of any place where you promote Oakscroft products.
Oakscroft may refuse, delay, or condition approval of any application at its sole discretion. Registration is free; approval is not automatic.
3. Account Registration
You may register using the methods offered on the Portal (for example email/password or supported identity options configured by Oakscroft). You must provide a valid email address and complete profile details as requested, including payment information when you intend to withdraw commissions.
After registration, your affiliate status may remain pending until an administrator reviews and approves your account. Certain features (such as referral links, campaigns, marketing kit, analytics, and wallet tools) become available only after approval.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a partner you agree to:
- Promote Oakscroft products honestly and only through legitimate channels;
- Use official materials from the Marketing Kit without altering branding or product claims;
- Keep your Bank Account and UPI details in Profile accurate and up to date;
- Monitor your Portal notifications and Support Chat for programme updates;
- Not engage in fraud, fake orders, spam, coupon abuse, or manipulation of tracking;
- Respect the Affiliate Program Terms for commissions, campaigns, and prohibited activities.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Portal to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Interfere with tracking, commissions, wallets, or reporting;
- Upload malware or abusive content via Support Chat attachments;
- Harass staff or other users;
- Resell access to the Portal or share your login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
Oakscroft names, logos, product images, campaign creatives, and portal software remain the property of Oakscroft or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use official marketing materials solely to promote Oakscroft products under the programme.
You may not copy the Portal, reverse-engineer its systems, or use Oakscroft branding in a way that suggests you are employed by or officially endorsed beyond your status as an independent affiliate.
7. Referral Links
Approved affiliates may generate referral links and campaign links from the Portal. Tracking and attribution depend on customers completing eligible purchases through those links according to active campaign and programme rules.
You may use legitimate URL shorteners only if the final destination is unchanged. You must not cloak, misrepresent, or break tracking parameters.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any devices used to access the Portal. Notify Oakscroft promptly through Support Chat or available support channels if you suspect unauthorised access.
Oakscroft may use session cookies, CSRF protection, and optional browser push notification tokens to secure and operate the Portal.
9. Program Availability
The Portal is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be updated, paused, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or operational needs. Oakscroft does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
10. Account Suspension
Administrators may suspend an affiliate account if they reasonably believe these Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms, or applicable law have been breached, or if investigation is required. While suspended, access to promotional and payout features may be restricted.
11. Termination
Oakscroft may terminate participation for serious or repeated violations, fraud, or inactivity policies as applied by administrators. You may stop using the Portal at any time by ceasing promotion and requesting account closure through available support channels.
Termination does not automatically cancel obligations related to past fraudulent activity, chargebacks handled under programme rules, or amounts already under review.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakscroft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost commissions that were never approved, or business interruption arising from use of (or inability to use) the Portal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
Oakscroft may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date and version on this page will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
15. Contact Information
For questions about these Terms, use Support Chat inside the Partner Portal or the contact details shown in Help & FAQ when available.
