1. Program Eligibility

The Oakscroft Partner Network allows independent partners to earn commission by promoting Oakscroft products with unique referral links. Joining is free. You must be eligible under the Terms & Conditions and provide truthful information.

One person may maintain only one affiliate account. Employees or agents of Oakscroft may be excluded at Oakscroft’s discretion where a conflict of interest exists.

2. Application Approval

New accounts typically start as pending. An administrator reviews applications and may approve, reject, or later suspend an account. Approval is manual and not guaranteed.

Until approved, access to referral tools, campaigns, marketing kit downloads, analytics, and wallet features may be limited. Profile and certain account pages may still be available so you can complete information required for review.

3. Referral Links

Approved affiliates can create and share referral links from the Referral Links area. Main referral links track general referrals; campaign links are intended for specific campaigns or products.

Whenever possible, use campaign-specific links when promoting products included in that campaign. Do not alter tracking parameters or use deceptive redirects.

4. Campaign Rules

Campaigns published in the Portal may include product scope, timing, creative guidance, and commission rules set by administrators. Campaign availability, pricing references, and rates can change. Always follow the rules shown for the active campaign you are promoting.

Campaign terms shown in the Portal control that campaign. If a campaign ends, continue only under then-active rules.

5. Marketing Guidelines

Use official posters, images, and files from the Marketing Kit. Do not change logos, product claims, pricing statements, or branding elements in official materials.

Explain product benefits truthfully. Prefer genuine recommendations over bare link dumping. Short product videos and regular, honest sharing are encouraged when they comply with these Terms.

6. Acceptable Promotion

  • WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, websites, blogs, and other legitimate platforms;
  • Content that complies with platform rules and applicable advertising law;
  • Clear identification that you may earn commission where required by law or platform policy;
  • Use of official Oakscroft creatives without brand distortion.

7. Prohibited Promotion

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake orders or self-referral schemes designed to manufacture commission;
  • Impersonation of Oakscroft staff or official channels;
  • Coupon or discount abuse that violates store or campaign rules;
  • Bidding on trademarked terms in a way Oakscroft disallows;
  • Any attempt to manipulate tracking, cookies, or conversion APIs.

8. Spam Policy

Unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped contact lists, automated spam bots, and repeated unwanted outreach are forbidden. Promote responsibly to audiences who have a reasonable expectation of receiving your content.

9. Misleading Advertising

Do not invent guarantees, false stock claims, medical claims, or pricing that is not authorised. Do not promise earnings results. Commissions depend on eligible customer purchases and administrator review.

10. Brand Usage

Use the Oakscroft name and assets only as permitted through official materials and campaign guidance. Do not register domains, social handles, or apps that impersonate Oakscroft.

11. Commission Eligibility

Commission is created after a successful eligible order placed through your referral attribution according to active campaign and programme rules. Default or campaign rates may apply as configured by administrators (for example a default programme rate may be 10.00% unless a campaign specifies otherwise).

Not every click, abandoned cart, cancelled order, or ineligible product generates payable commission.

12. Pending Commissions

New commissions typically appear as Pending until reviewed by an administrator. Pending amounts are not guaranteed payouts and may not be withdrawable until approved and reflected as available balance in your wallet.

13. Approved Commissions

When an administrator approves a commission, it becomes available according to the wallet workflow in the Portal. You may request a withdrawal only when your Available Balance meets the minimum threshold (currently ₹500.00, subject to change by Oakscroft) and your Profile payout details are complete.

Withdrawals are requested from the Wallet page and require administrator approval and payment processing. They are not automatic.

14. Rejected Commissions

Commissions may be rejected for reasons including, without limitation:

  • Cancelled or invalid orders;
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • Duplicate or manipulated orders;
  • Policy violations;
  • Ineligible attribution.

15. Reversed Commissions

Administrators may reverse previously handled commissions where programme integrity requires it (for example exceptional refunds, confirmed fraud, or corrections). Reversals may adjust wallet balances in accordance with the commission and wallet systems.

16. Exceptional Refunds

Promotional campaign purchases may follow store rules that limit returns after delivery, with replacement processes for verified damage or manufacturing defects where Oakscroft provides them.

If Oakscroft exceptionally approves a refund, any associated affiliate commission may be reversed or deducted under this programme policy.

17. Fraud Detection

Oakscroft monitors for unusual patterns, self-dealing, device anomalies, and other abuse signals. Investigations may delay approval of commissions or withdrawals. Affiliates must cooperate with reasonable requests for clarification.

18. Duplicate Orders

Duplicate, repeated, or artificially split orders intended to inflate commission may be rejected or reversed. Administrators determine eligibility based on order and tracking records.

19. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended pending investigation or as a sanction for policy risk. During suspension, promotional and payout capabilities may be disabled.

20. Account Termination

Serious or repeated violations—including fraud, spam, impersonation, or manipulation—may result in permanent termination. Terminated accounts forfeit claim to unapproved or invalid commissions.

21. Changes to Commission Structure

Oakscroft may change default rates, campaign rates, product eligibility, or minimum withdrawal amounts. Changes apply prospectively as published in the Portal or campaigns. Past approved commissions already paid are not reopened solely because rates later change, except where correction of error or fraud is required.

22. Program Modification

Oakscroft may modify, pause, or discontinue the Partner Network or any feature (including campaigns, marketing kit distribution, or support tools) with notice via the Portal when reasonably practicable.

Continued participation after published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated programme rules.
