1. Introduction

This Prohibited Activities policy lists conduct that is not allowed on the Oakscroft Partner Network. Violations may lead to commission rejection or reversal, withdrawal blocks, suspension, termination, or permanent bans.

Administrators decide enforcement based on evidence. Attempts to circumvent rules are treated seriously.

2. Fake Orders

Description. Placing or arranging orders that are not genuine customer purchases for the purpose of generating commission.

Examples. Self-orders via your link; friends placing cancelable orders solely for commission; using stolen cards.

Possible consequences. Commission rejection/reversal, withdrawal freeze, suspension or termination, permanent ban for severe cases.

3. Spam

Description. Sending unsolicited bulk messages or automated outreach that violates platform rules or recipient expectations.

Examples. Mass WhatsApp blasts to scraped numbers; email spam lists; repeated unwanted group posts.

Possible consequences. Warning, suspension, termination; related commissions may be reviewed and reversed.

4. Misleading Advertising

Description. Promoting Oakscroft products with deceptive creatives, false scarcity, or unapproved offers.

Examples. Fake “official sale ends in 10 minutes” claims; altered posters that change price or product facts.

Possible consequences. Material removal requests, suspension, termination, commission review.

5. False Claims

Description. Promising results, medical outcomes, guaranteed earnings, or official employment status that is untrue.

Examples. “Earn ₹50,000 guaranteed in a week”; claiming to be Oakscroft staff.

Possible consequences. Immediate review, possible permanent ban, commission forfeiture for related activity.

6. Brand Misuse

Description. Using Oakscroft trademarks or assets outside permitted Marketing Kit and campaign guidance.

Examples. Editing logos; creating unofficial “Oakscroft Partner HQ” brands that confuse customers.

Possible consequences. Requirement to stop use; suspension if continued; legal escalation if severe.

7. Impersonating Oakscroft

Description. Pretending to be Oakscroft, its support team, or authorised officers.

Examples. Social profiles named as official support; collecting customer payments personally as “Oakscroft”.

Possible consequences. Permanent ban, commission reversal, possible reporting to authorities.

8. Coupon Abuse

Description. Misusing coupons, voucher stacking, or discount mechanisms against store or campaign rules to manufacture orders.

Examples. Sharing leaked internal codes; repeated cancel-and-reorder coupon schemes.

Possible consequences. Commission rejection, suspension, termination.

9. Fake Referrals

Description. Generating referral events without real interested customers.

Examples. Paying people only to click; fake lead forms that never intend to buy.

Possible consequences. Attribution voided, commissions rejected, account sanctions.

10. Automated Traffic & Bots

Description. Using bots, scripts, or farms to create clicks, signups, or artificial engagement.

Examples. Click bots; traffic exchanges; headless browser farms.

Possible consequences. Invalidation of related metrics and commissions; suspension or permanent ban.

11. Click Manipulation

Description. Inflating click counts or forcing repeated clicks to game analytics or tracking.

Examples. Auto-refresh clickers; forced pop-under click spam.

Possible consequences. Data discarded for review purposes; sanctions up to termination.

12. Cookie Stuffing

Description. Setting referral cookies without clear user action or informed visit through your link.

Examples. Hidden iframes; forced cookie drops on unrelated sites.

Possible consequences. Commission rejection, permanent ban for confirmed stuffing.

13. Multiple Affiliate Accounts

Description. Creating more than one affiliate account for the same person to bypass limits or reviews.

Examples. Second account under a relative’s name controlled by you.

Possible consequences. Closure of duplicate accounts, commission review, possible permanent ban.

14. Duplicate Registrations

Description. Repeated sign-ups after rejection or suspension to regain access without permission.

Examples. New email after suspension without disclosure.

Possible consequences. Immediate termination of new accounts; permanent ban.

15. Incentivized Fraud

Description. Paying or rewarding people solely to complete purchases that will be cancelled or disputed to harvest commission.

Examples. “Buy and cancel, I will pay you extra” schemes.

Possible consequences. Full commission reversal, termination, permanent ban.

16. Payment Fraud

Description. Any involvement in stolen payment instruments, chargeback rings, or laundering via the store.

Examples. Card testing through referral links.

Possible consequences. Permanent ban, cooperation with law enforcement if required.

17. Identity Fraud

Description. Using false identity, forged KYC-like details, or another person’s payment profile without authority.

Examples. Fake PAN; bank account not belonging to you without legitimate basis.

Possible consequences. Withdrawal blocks, termination, permanent ban.

18. Manipulating Tracking

Description. Tampering with referral parameters, conversion endpoints, or store integration behaviour.

Examples. Rewriting tracking codes; injecting false conversion posts.

Possible consequences. Immediate suspension, permanent ban, commission reversal.

19. Harassment

Description. Abusive behaviour toward customers, other affiliates, or Oakscroft staff.

Examples. Threats in Support Chat; public harassment while representing as a partner.

Possible consequences. Chat restrictions, suspension, termination.

20. Uploading Malicious Files

Description. Sending malware, exploits, or harmful attachments via Support Chat or other upload paths.

Examples. Executable payloads disguised as documents.

Possible consequences. Immediate permanent ban; security investigation.

21. Abusing Support Chat

Description. Flooding chat, spam attachments, social engineering staff, or using chat to threaten.

Examples. Hundreds of empty messages; fake “admin reset” scams aimed at staff.

Possible consequences. Suspension of chat access, account suspension, termination.

22. Any Illegal Activity

Description. Using the Partner Network in connection with any activity illegal under applicable law.

Examples. Fraud, IP theft, prohibited advertising categories under law.

Possible consequences. Permanent ban and legal escalation as appropriate.
